A Rebuilt Blog For a New Era in Retail Automotive
I can scratch another to-do off my list—a rebuild of my blog.
It’s been on the docket for some time as I’ve heard from regular readers and visitors that the old blog, while it did the job, wasn’t as up-to-date in terms of features and functions as it should be.
In this way, my blog underwent the same renovation that many dealers are undertaking with their dealership websites—they’re updating them to reflect the wants and needs of today’s buyers, which are becoming ever-more transactional in nature.
Here, you’ll find easier-to-navigate access to:
My blog posts and their respective topical categories
My reading recommendations (which have been a popular, if hidden, component of the blog for some time)
My social media pages, which are increasingly important to stay connected
My journey and mission, which define where I’ve been, and how I hope to help the industry mitigate the costly effects of inefficiency and margin compression.
Welcome to the new site! Have a look around. I’d love to get your feedback.
Thank you.
